Deliveries & Returns

All orders are normally delivered within 7 working days of your payment being received / clearing. For the avoidance of doubt, 'working days' refers to 9.00a.m. to 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders received outside those times will be considered to have been received on the next applicable working day. Please note that all scheduled delivery times are indicative rather than guaranteed and can be affected by supply / demand.

Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or our preferred courier service. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address provided with your payment to ensure the safe receipt of your goods, as we cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred for redelivery.

All items are sent within sturdy cardboard packing, and may arrive in multiple boxes depending on order size. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage inflicted on package contents during transit - your order should be checked before you sign for delivery. In the event there is any damage to items on your order, please contact us in the first instance.

If you decide you do not want the goods ordered through this website *after* you have made payment / received them, please let us know in writing (an email is fine) within 7 working days of receiving your order and return the goods to the following address:
